6. Room Monitors/Administration Meeting

There will be an Informational Session for the Room Monitors, Activities, and Administration teams on 04/05/2025 at 11:15 AM in The Couch Room​​

5. Judges Meeting

There will be a final Informational Session for the Judges on 04/05/2025 at 11:30 AM in The Couch Room​​

6. Competition Information

The Competition will start at 12:15 PM on 04/05/2025 at St. George in Norristown, but everyone is invited to attend Liturgy from 9:00 AM - 11:00 AM. We will have breakfast, final reviews, and fellowship until 11:45 AM. At 11:45 AM we will hold the Welcome Meeting for everyone in The Main Church

​

Each group will be competing in different locations on 04/05/2025 - please follow the signs that will be posted around the church and listen to the overhead announcements which will be made!

​

Lunch will begin being served at 2:00 PM in the Church Basement and we will hold the awards ceremony with The Fathers in The Main Church once everyone is done competing around 5:00 PM

​

Planned Schedule:

• Liturgy: 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM

• Breakfast: 11:00 AM – 11:45 AM

• Judges Meeting: 11:15 AM – 11:30 AM (in the Couch Room)

• Room Monitors & Administration Meeting: 11:30 AM – 11:45 AM (also in the Couch Room)

• General Welcome Meeting: 11:45 AM – 12:00 PM (in the Main Church)

• Competition Start Time: 12:15 PM

• Lunch: Will begin being served around 2:00 PM

• Awards Ceremony: God willing, around 5:00 PM
